superb city stay
efficient valet early arrival fresh feeling convenient access
the valet service was quick and efficient. my room was ready (even though i arrived a bit early), which i appreciated. the cleanliness was perfect. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. i liked the easy access to nearby attractions. It made exploring very convenient.
the air conditioning in the lobby was a little too strong sometimes.

the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle every hour to a major landmark. there was also a small mall adjacent to the hotel. this provided easy access to dining options and a supermarket.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options. authentic south indian dishes (dosa, rasam, vada) were available daily. i also tried the indian dishes. They were very flavorful.

romantic getaway
early contact spacious apartment burj view special touch
The hotel tried to contact me before arrival. i found out upon arrival that i would not get the booked room for the first night due to technical issues, but i did get an upgrade for the remaining days. The next day, i received a beautiful spacious superior apartment, it featured a view to the burj khalifa, it felt very special. i enjoyed my stay trully!
The checkout had a few problems. I still have a hold on my card even though i checked out, it made me a bit nervous! the hold is around 30k try, and my bill is 21k, i hope they solve it soon

The staff were attentive, they provided prompt assistance whenever needed. the concierge service was efficient, i seemed like all my requests were addressed with care.

my room had a separate bath and shower which was amazing after a day, spent outside. the air conditioning was effective. it was very easy to set the temperature to my preference, the bed was comfortable and i loved the view.

The breakfast had many options, I found it very varied. The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the shopping center. My room provided a wonderful view. The staffs kindness.
The carpets in my room did not appear very clean, they may needed replacing. I noticed an annoying buzzing sound came from somewhere near my room. I found long hair inside the shower upon arrival, which I think is not good.

really good experience
great experience cute staff free shuttle
i stayed for eight nights and it was a great experience. the staff was very cute and pleasant, always ready to help. our room was ready earlier than expected (charmed me). the free shuttle service to the shopping center was a real plus, especially in the heat.
i thought the snacks in the suite were quite expensive and the water was too. i believe complimentary water should be standard for a hotel of this caliber. this small detail can make a big difference in guest satisfaction.

the room was spacious and clean with nice furnishings. i liked the indian and arabic decor. the amenities were high quality with attention to detail, this contributed to a comfortable stay.
